Festival.? ? Sounds fun, right? I love the name of this Jamaican cornmeal dumpling. Fried and slightly sweet, it is the perfect companion to jerk sauce or brown stew chicken.? ? We had festival, along with rice and peas, as part of our meals from D’s Island Grill. ??? ? The jerk pork was tender and spicy. The oxtail stew was rich from lots of time on the stove.? ? Next time I’ll try the fried fish. ?? ? Drop your favorite Jamaican restaurant or dish in the comments! ?
