To show a loving appreciation for healthcare workers, Prep & Pastry is hosting a free virtual cooking class at 5 p.m on Wednesday, June 24.
If you’re a nurse, dentist, or anyone that’s been working nonstop in the healthcare field, you’re invited to take a break and join the fun that cooking often brings. In this class, you’ll be learning to make granola bars, which is limited to just 600 spots.
If you’re interested, register as soon as you can. In the event that all of the spots aren’t filled, anyone who isn’t a healthcare worker can join for free, too.
“Nurses are on their feet all day so we thought it would be fun to show them how to make a granola bar that they can take to work,” said Prep & Pastry and Commoner & Co. partner, Nathan Ares. “Like their very own KIND Bar.”
Additionally, Summit Funding and Bourn Companies will be providing grocery bags filled with the following ingredients needed to participate.
