Dove Mountain Brewing Company is serving up an “Anthony Bourdain Day” three-course meal for dinner on Thursday, June 25.

In 2018, chefs, fans, food writers, and lovers of food mourned the death of Anthony Bourdain, and last year, Bourdain’s longtime friends created Anthony Bourdain Day in honor of his actual birthday.

In celebration, Dove Mountain Brewing Company has taken a few of Bourdain’s recipes and will be whipping them up as a special three-course feast.

The meal is $33 per person and reservations are not required.

Anthony Bourdain Day Special Menu

First Course

• Moules a la Portugaise – mussels, Spanish chorizo, green onion, shallot, blistered tomato steamed in white wine, and then finished with butter and fine herbs

Second Course

• Pork Chops en Charcuterie – pan-seared pork chops with Dijon mustard and cornichons, served with organic local pattypan summer squash

Third Course

• Clafoutis – dark cherry, flan-like tart, dusted with powdered sugar, and then served with chantilly
