Crawfish are being flown in from New Orleans, Louisiana

Go ahead, tuck that napkin into the collar of your shirt because the annual Southern-inspired event is returning to the midtown brewery.

FireTruck Brewing Company is planning to turn up the heat with Tucson Mardi Gras during its Crawfish Boil from 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. on Saturday, March 26.

All you’ve got to do is follow your nose to the brewery. It’s the fifth year FireTruck Brewing has allowed the smell of Cajun seasonings to fill the parking lot at Grant and Swan Road, and — like previous years — the live crawfish will be flown in from New Orleans, Louisiana.

Tickets are $20 per person and you’ll need to select which time you’d like to visit the brewery. Also, there’s an option to get the meal to-go.

Each ticket includes one pound of Louisiana crawfish boiled with garlic, onion, and creole seasoning. Sides of potatoes, corn, Cajun Dirty Rice, and Andouille sausage are included, too.

Keep in mind that all tickets need to be purchased in advance because they will not be selling any on-location at the brewery on Grant Road.

FireTruck Brewing Company is located at 4746 E. Grant Rd. For more information, visit eventbrite.com or follow FireTruck Brewing on Facebook.
