Pre-game before the big game

The Tucson Roadrunners are hosting the return of their “Hockey & Hops” beer fest before they hit the ice from 4 – 7 p.m. on Saturday, April 16.

(GMT-07:00)

This time around, 14 local, regional, and national breweries will be pouring some of their favorite beers in the outdoor beer garden. Each ticket gives you access to the pre-game beer garden, 12 beer garden drink tickets, a Tucson Roadrunners commemorative shot glass, and a ticket to the game against Colorado Eagles.

“We are so excited to be pouring at an event again and to connect with the crowd at Hockey & Hops,” said Tristan White, General Manager at Dragoon Brewing Company. “Our hope is that someone might try our brews for the first time, love them, and come visit our brewery later to see what else we have to offer.”

This year’s brewery list includes quite a few from Tucson, Huss Brewing Company from the Phoenix area, the nationally recognized New Belgium Brewing Company, and Athletic Brewing Company, which is a non-alcoholic beer for those looking for something just as tasty as the real thing.

Tickets are $50 and can be purchased online. You’ll just need to submit the form and request tickets to the beer festival.
