It’s been a decade since the brewery first tapped into Tucson’s beer scene, and now the crew is ready to celebrate with loads of activities.
Dragoon Brewing Company is hosting its 10-year anniversary celebration from noon – 10 p.m. on Saturday, April 30 at 1859 W. Grant Rd. #111.
Being around for this many years is quite an achievement.
If you’ve been to any local restaurants lately it’s likely you’ve seen Dragoon IPA on tap. Back in 2017, Dragoon’s own barrel production increased dramatically after an expansion that boosted production capacity — making them one of the larger producers in Arizona.
“Making something new is the most creative aspect of my job,” said co-founder Eric Greene. “So it is pretty rewarding in that regard. But our customers are also generally pretty excited about new beers we are experimenting with, and that helps make it rewarding as well.”
The big party is free to attend and will include some new beer releases, new merchandise, plenty of cornhole opportunities, a DIY plant station by Pax Plants, a photo booth by Desert Memories, and life screenprinting by Goodfellas Merch.
Plus, there are going to be a few food trucks to choose from throughout the day, and a handful of great local bands pumpin’ out the jams.
Stay tuned for the lineup schedule as it’ll most likely be released in the days leading up to the big celebration.
