Party on, Tucson

Nowadays, there is a holiday for everything. Friday, May 20 happens to be National Pizza Party Day, NASCAR Day, National Pick Strawberries Day, and heck, it’s even Cher’s birthday.

Do you believe in life after love? It’s a tricky thing to consider, but we’ve got something else you can set your focus on instead. Here in Tucson, we’re celebrating 520 Day (you know, because it’s our area code), and one of the events being thrown is an exciting party at Pueblo Vida Brewing Company.

From 3 – 9 p.m. on Friday, May 20, the downtown brewery is serving up some delicious Tucson treats and $5.20 can pours of Clara Vida Lime garnished with a locally-made chamoy rim. Another “beer treat” is the Stadion Pale Ale infused with Tea Kiwi Strawberry Tea from Maya Tea Company.

Speaking of tea, Transit Tea will be selling its famous Tea Pops to help you keep your cool.

Oh, and that’s not all that’s goin’ on. Star Dog will be on-site dishing out its Sonoran-inspired hot dogs, Dirty T Tamarindo is bringing its chamoy-coated candies, and (merch alert) a limited release shirt collaboration with Why I Love Where I Live and Tanline Printing.

There’s plenty more to drink at Pueblo Vida, too, if you’ve never been or it’s just been a while since you last stopped in. For example, take a trip through the galaxy with the Andromeda Hazy IPA — which pairs perfectly with “stargazing, observatory views, and your favorite sci-fi series.”

Another infusion to be considered is the Pineapple Mango Dicot Double IPA. You can even order this one to-go inside a 32-ounce crowler.

Pueblo Vida Brewing Company is located at 115 E. Broadway Blvd. For more information, follow Pueblo Vida Brewing Company on Instagram or visit pueblovidabrewing.com
