Sure, corned beef and cabbage may be synonymous with St. Patrick’s Day celebrations all around Tucson, but you’ve also gotta show the potato some love on the green-hued holiday.

On Friday, March 17, Falora is serving up a very special pizza for St. Patrick’s Day at 3000 E. Broadway Blvd. — for one day only, too. We don’t mean to stress you out but if you want to try this pizza, you’ll need to head into the restaurant today.

The new creation is called The Píotsa, which means “pizza” in Irish. This pie is loaded with oven-roasted fingerling potatoes, fontina, feta, and pesto. The pizza is vegetarian but it can be made with vegan mozzarella if you’d rather substitute the feta.

If you’re looking for something to do after completing your trip to Falora, there’s a lot going on in Tucson this St. Patrick’s Day. Check out our full roundup of events.

Falora is located at 3000 E. Broadway Blvd. For more information, visit falora.com.
