The Wholesum Nurse is teaming up with local chef Kyle Nottingham for an online nutrition course on Tuesday, May 30.
The class, which will be held over Zoom, kicks off at 7 p.m. and has an emphasis on an anti-inflammatory diet. For instance, you'll learn about different types of anti-inflammatory diets, what inflammation does in the body, how to shop in a grocery store and at a farmers market, meal planning, cooking, and more.
Overall, you'll leave the class with a healthier mindset when it comes to nutrition — something chef Nottingham of Miraval Arizona Resort & Spa and Kate Ares, owner of The Wholesum Nurse, are passionate about.
"I am an RN and recently launched the Wholesum Nurse," said Ares. "I also offer an eight-week interactive wellness course, designed to help break down the wellness world. Kyle partners with me during the nutrition week of the course. We had so much to talk about, that we decided to offer a webinar on nutrition."
The webinar is $39 to join and will be a little more than an hour and a half with a Q & A.
