In the end, and in a room filled with hundreds of local foodies at Casino Del Sol, chef Foy was crowned champion of Iron Chef Tucson 2023.

This year, peanut butter was the secret ingredient, which impressed the panel of judges including Natalie Moe of Happily Pink and Tucson Foodie, and chef Foy’s culinary masterpieces claimed the top prize.
