Button Brew House & Dominick’s Real Italian’s 5-Course Dinner (MENU)

Button Brew House is providing the beer and Dominick’s Real Italian is bringing the food from 4 – 7 p.m. on Saturday, March 9. Five beers, five courses, and plenty of high-fives, taking place at Button Brew House’s taproom, 6800 N. Camino Martin #160.

Plus, each pairing will be introduced and led by Dominick’s Executive Chef Bryan Benton and Brewmaster Todd Button.

Tickets to the event are $50 per person and, as mentioned earlier, are selling quickly.

First Course (Hors D’oeuvre)

  • Elote Crostini – House-baked crostini topped with black bean puree, elote, crispy pancetta, and cotija cheese
  • Paired with Crusher Light Mexican Lager

Second Course (Appetizer)

  • Shrimp Polenta – Creamy polenta with semi-sun-dried and marinated tomatoes and roasted poblanos topped with shrimp in a white wine butter sauce
  • Paired with Tropical Monsoon New England-Style IPA

Third Course (Soup)

  • Beer Cheese Soup – creamy soup made with Button’s Chiltepin Red, bacon, jalapeño, and lots of cheddar cheese
  • Paired with Tucson Traveler Blonde Ale

Fourth Course (Entrée)

  • Beef & Chipotle Pasta – slow beer-braised beef in Button’s Amber with a creamy chipotle and Oaxaca sauce tossed with fettuccine pasta
  • Paired with Button IPA

Fifth Course (Dessert)

  • Mexican Tiramisu – a delightful treat with layers of espresso and Button’s All Souls Stout-soaked lady fingers, mascarpone cheese, and Mexican chocolate
  • Paired with 2020 Apple Brandy Barrel Aged Chiltepin Red
