With its open kitchen format, beautiful dining room, and spacious patio, The Monica has become quite the downtown destination over the past two years.

With that being said, The Monica is throwing a four-day celebration for its second anniversary. From Monday, March 4 – Thursday, March 7 the restaurant is offering $2 discounts at 40 E. Congress St.

Want $2 off mimosas? You got it! Pair it up with $2 off draft beers if you’re in party mode. Also, they’re taking $2 off any of their pizzas as well as $2 off select sweets on the menu.

The Monica’s History

Located in the Hexagon building in downtown Tucson, The Monica honors its namesake Monica Flin, the founder of Tucson’s iconic El Charro Cafe. Daily dishes at The Monica include a collection of family and mixed cultural recipes like food “Tia” Monica would have made for her friends and family.

They have full-service bars are available both inside and on the patio. A variety of local ingredients such as nopales, mesquite flour, and local Barrio Grains are infused in recipes such as their hand-stretched pizzas and freshly baked pastries.
