Magpies has been a go-to pizza spot for years now, serving gourmet pizzas to crowds on Fourth Avenue for more than 30 years now. Unfortunately, that epic run is coming to an end on Saturday, May 18.
“We are sorry to inform you that we have lost our lease and will be closing this location as of May 18,” the Magpies team shared.
It’s sad to see the Fourth Avenue location close — a spot that typically hosted live music on the patio during the weekends — but there are still two more Magpies spots in Tucson. Keep supporting the 6342 N. Oracle Rd. location on the north side of town as well as the restaurant found at 105 S. Houghton Rd.
Plus, Magpies has “a lot of exciting things planned for the coming months” and the team is eager to share the news with everyone sometime soon. Stay tuned!
“We cannot thank all of you enough for your support over the years, goodbye for now but not forever!”
Magpies is closing its 605 N. Fourth Ave. location as of Saturday, May 18 so stop by before then to wish the team the best, enjoy a cheesy slice of pizza, and lounge on the shaded patio in the afternoon.
Magpies has two other locations at 6342 N. Oracle Rd. and 105 S. Houghton Rd. For more information, visit magpiespizza.com.
