Numerous chefs in Tucson agree that Don Nguyen is an “amazing part of the Tucson culinary community.” Even chefs nationwide appreciate the feel, weight, and sharp edges of Nguyen’s knives including Gabe Fletcher of Anchorage Brewing Company.

Check out Rita Connelly’s 2022 article “A Cut Above the Rest.”

Nguyen and Fletcher, who is also a knifemaker, have teamed up, collaborating on a brand-new knife and a new brew!

At 5 p.m. on Saturday, June 15, Tap & Bottle North at 7254 N. Oracle Rd. is hosting a Don Nguyen X Anchorage Brewing Beer And Knife Collaboration Release Party.

There’s going to be a Nguyen IPA can signing and a Don Nguyen X Gabe Fletcher Knife collaboration on display. The Nguyen IPA will be on hand and ready for folks to try. Also, we must point out the incredible can art yet by Massiveface Art.

Tap & Bottle also asks that, for everyone’s safety and enjoyment, please refrain from bringing your own knives to the event. Keep those pointy things at home and admire the work of art created by Nguyen and Fletcher.

Tap & Bottle North is located at 7254 N. Oracle Rd. For more information, follow Tap & Bottle North on Instagram.
