Bubbe’s Bagels’ latest monthly special has enough ingredients to make it feel like it’s finally fall here in Tucson (even when the warm weather has other ideas).
The bagel shop, which has two locations (1101 N. Wilmot Rd. #120 and 1865 E. River Rd. #111), is offering a Cinnamon Apple Streusel Bagel for the month of October.
On top of the cinnamon bagel is a nice amount of homemade crumble and thinly sliced apples. Plus, they have a new chai cream cheese to go with it.
“This combo is so warm and soothing for the hopeful beginning of our fall season,” the Bubbe’s team shared.
Get in there before November to get a taste of this festive creation.
If you haven’t stopped by either location just yet, there are a few things you should know about the yummy bagels. Kyle Leuer and Becca Groff created Bubbe’s after witnessing the way bagels are often made on the east coast — each tasty batch takes about three days to complete.
In 2021, Bubbe’s opened next to the former Pizza Luna restaurant, which is where Leuer worked before opening the bagel concept with Groff. The idea of opening the shop really took off after making bagels from leftover pizza dough.
Bubbe’s Fine Bagels is located at 1101 N. Wilmot Rd. and 1865 E. River Rd. For more information, visit bubbesbagel.com or follow Bubbe’s Fine Bagels on Instagram.Â
