Zio Peppe recently announced a special dining event that’ll mirror the flavors and experiences of Parma, Italy right here in Tucson.
“Experience the flavors of Parma at Zio Peppe featuring dishes from Italy’s renowned food capital, paired with wines from the Emilia-Romagna region.”
Inspired by Chef Mat Cable and Chef Devon Sanner’s recent culinary journey to the UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy, the experience is happening at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, October 29 at Zio Peppe (6502 E. Tanque Verde Rd.).
During their time in Parma, Cable and Sanner explored the rich culinary traditions of the region, visiting local producers and tasting iconic ingredients that have shaped Italian cuisine. Now, they’re ready to share what they absorbed, curating a menu that reflects “the unforgettable dishes and food memories from their journey.”
“We’re thrilled to share the incredible flavors we discovered in Parma with our Tucson community,” said Cable. “This dinner will be a celebration of authentic Italian cuisine, prepared with the best ingredients that Parma and Southern Arizona have to offer.”
Seats at the table are $125 per person and include the following menu.
Plus, each course will be thoughtfully paired with wines from the Emilia-Romagna region, carefully selected to complement and enhance the flavors of the dishes, providing an authentic taste of Italy.
Reserve your spot by calling (520) 888-4242 or booking through OpenTable. If booking via OpenTable, select “Experiences” to save your spot.
