Multi-Course Iron Chef Tucson Dinner at Dante’s Fire (MENU)

"Tucson foodies, get ready to pickle your taste buds!"

From 6 – 9 p.m. on Sunday, November 17, Chef Kenneth Foy wants to treat you with another round of his 2024 Iron Chef Tucson dishes at Dante’s Fire, 2526 E. Grant Rd.

Each of the courses takes “scratch cooking” to a whole new level with the secret ingredients used at last month’s Iron Chef Tucson competition (pickles and Blue Moon). Also, this is likely your only chance to try what Chef Foy and his team created — an experience they’re calling “a pickle-packed, locally sourced dinner adventure you won’t forget.”

Seats at the table are $105 per person and include multiple courses with wine pairings. Spots are limited so reserve your seat by calling (520) 382-9255 or by visiting eventbrite.com.

The wine starts pouring at 6 p.m. so come thirsty!

First Course
  • Bacon Cheeseburger Steak Tartare – Pickle relish steak tartare with a side of pickled egg and pickled potato chips
  • Paired with Bananza Cabernet
Second Course
  • Seared Gulf Prawns – Served with roasted sweet potatoes, quick pickled local tomatoes, and a pickle aioli
  • Paired with Decoy Chardonnay
Third Course
  • Yakitori Pork – In a savory pickled dashi broth with Blue Moon pickled pearls and pickled daikon
  • Paired with Toki Suntory Whiskey
Fourth Course
  • Sour Poached Pear – Pickled chiles, dill glaze, red wine vinegar gastrique, molasses whip, and pickled cotton candy
  • Paired with Dante’s Signature Pickle-Tini
