However, sometimes that grumblin’ in your stomach can be intense and you need something to eat pronto. Guadalajara Original Grill, known for its tableside salsa, hefty margaritas, and large platters of Mexican cuisine, is coming in clutch with its breakfast menu.
The breakfast menu is small but mighty, available daily from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. — just five entrees and an omelet menu with multiple variations of folded egg masterpieces.
The following dishes are available at both Guadalajara Original Grill locations: 1220 E. Prince Rd. and 7360 N. Oracle Rd. (not associated with the other Guadalajara Grills in Tucson).

Chilaquiles
Two eggs served over fresh corn tortilla strips simmered in salsa rojo and topped with queso fresco, avocado slices, and crema drizzle, served with a side of refried beans or seasoned potatoes
Omelet
Omelets are prepared with three eggs and cheese inside, all served with a side of refried beans or seasoned potatoes
Three Breakfast Tacos
Scrambled eggs served on fresh corn or flour tortillas, topped with mixed cheese and pico de gallo, served with a side of refried beans or seasoned potatoes

At a very young age, Matt Sterner was gifted with the artistic ability to masterfully roll a burrito to the highest of standards, but the wrapped medley of delicious innards wasn’t his first love. Matt’s first true love was a combination of reading, writing, and creating. He grew up reading comics, the ingredients list of his shampoo and conditioner bottles, choose-your-own-adventure books, and the Scrabble dictionary — something he found useful when challenging his grandmother to a game.
He attended college at New Mexico State University and graduated with a degree in Digital Filmmaking. One of his favorite classes was screenwriting because he became responsible for the story’s birth before it came to life on-screen. After school, Matt took on numerous positions at a local television station in Tucson.
