There’s something special about a hot, cheesy pizza — it hits differently when the munchies strike. Sometimes you just need to relax, grab a slice, and embrace the beautiful cheese pull.
Over at North Italia, they’re doing something special.
The team has turned lasagna into a pizza, and we’re here for it. The new lasagna verde pie ditches the noodles but keeps the flavor, layering béchamel, mozzarella, pecorino, basil, and a hit of wild oregano onto a crispy crust.
It’s lasagna, but handheld.
The pizza is available now until Friday, April 11 at 2995 E. Skyline Dr.
Additionally, the restaurant has an exclusive pizza for a limited time: the carbonara. Guanciale, fingerling potatoes, Aleppo peppers, pecorino, and fontina are what you’ll find on this one.
Each pizza is available for dine-in or delivery through DoorDash, $22 each, and will replace the “Chef’s Daily” pizza on the menu through Friday, April 11.
The Foothills restaurant is open 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. on Monday – Thursday, 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. on Friday, 10 a.m. – 11 p.m. on Saturday, and 10 a.m. – 10 p.m. on Sunday.
North Italia is located at 2995 E. Skyline Dr. For more information, visit northitalia.com.
