The Parish at 6453 N. Oracle Rd. recently released their latest seasonal drink menu for the spring season.
This lineup of spring-ready sippers ranges from bold and smoky to floral and fruity, with something for every kind of cocktail lover. A mezcal kick, a garden-fresh gin fizz, and a booze-free refresher — that’s a snapshot of what’s going on behind the bar at The Parish this season.
Stop by soon and give ’em a try before they’re gone! Also, two of these are non-alcoholic concoctions.

“A sultry stunner with a little smoky mystery. 400 Conejos Mezcal, Campari, strawberry-habanero tequila, fresh lime, agave, and housemade raspberry syrup swirl together in a stemmed goblet — kissed with a pinch of salt and topped with whole strawberries and frozen raspberries. Sweet, spicy, and oh-so-sassy.”
“Spring’s most elegant bloom. Valencia gin gets cozy with lavender honey syrup, lemon juice, and a touch of saline in a tall Collins glass. Crowned with a Crème de Violette foam and a scatter of edible petals — it’s a cocktail and a bouquet in one.”
“Like a beach day and brunch had a very tropical baby. Banana-infused dark rum, citrus juices, prickly pear tea, passion fruit syrup, orange flower water, and a hint of banana liqueur — garnished with dried banana chips and a sprig of mint. You’ll want to drink it barefoot.”
“Think of it as a Bellini’s bold older cousin — sophisticated, peachy, and just a touch rebellious. Old Overholt rye, peach syrup, lemon, ginger liqueur, and fortified zinfandel come together in a double old-fashioned glass. Garnished with a lemon twist and a juicy slice of peach, it’s sunrise with a punch.”
“Proof that a cocktail doesn’t need booze to be beautiful. This refreshing zero-proof sip blends lemon, peach syrup, muddled mint, and Gold Peak green tea in a decorative pint, finished with a lemon wheel and mint leaves. Sweet, citrusy, and tea-liciously zen.”
“A playful twist on the classic mule. Lychee syrup, blackberry syrup, lime, fresh blackberries, and zingy ginger beer come together in a copper mug. Garnished with two bold blackberries — it’s floral, fruity, and just the right amount of fizzy.”
