Eating on the Cheap: Daily Specials at Twin Peaks Pizzeria

There’s a whole world of culinary specialties outside of Tucson — most specifically, there’s quite a lot to eat in Marana. Recently, we released a handful of interactive guides showcasing all there is to explore in the town and now we’re shining a lot on some sweet deals at a local pizza joint.

We’re talking about Twin Peaks Pizzeria, which happens to be located on Twin Peaks (no relation to the ’90s television series featuring Laura Palmer), just west of I-10.

Over at 7575 W. Twin Peaks Rd., the restaurant has daily specials each and every day they’re open (closed on Mondays). From Detroit-style pizza to hot wings and cinnamon sticks, Twin Peaks Pizzeria ought to have more than one special that’ll catch your eye.

They even have cannoli and hoagies. Keep on scrolling or the daily specials.

Daily Specials

Tuesday – Free Breadstick Bites if you spend $30
Wednesday – Two extra-large one-topping pizzas for $34.99
Thursday – Two medium one-topping pizzas for $7.99 each
Friday – Two large one-topping pizzas for a total of $30.99
Saturday – Extra-large specialty pizza and seven traditional wings for $33.99
Sunday – One-topping Detroit-style pizza and seven original wings for $32.99.

The pizza shop is currently open 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. on Tuesday – Sunday.

At a very young age, Matt Sterner was gifted with the artistic ability to masterfully roll a burrito to the highest of standards, but the wrapped medley of delicious innards wasn’t his first love. Matt’s first true love was a combination of reading, writing, and creating. He grew up reading comics, the ingredients list of his shampoo and conditioner bottles, choose-your-own-adventure books, and the Scrabble dictionary — something he found useful when challenging his grandmother to a game.

He attended college at New Mexico State University and graduated with a degree in Digital Filmmaking. One of his favorite classes was screenwriting because he became responsible for the story’s birth before it came to life on-screen. After school, Matt took on numerous positions at a local television station in Tucson. From dealing out stories about heartbreak to producing “fluffier” content for a lifestyle broadcast, he learned what it takes to adapt to the many emotions the world of media can stir. Since 2017, Matt has dabbled in the culinary world of Tucson as well as San Diego, California from time to time.
