If you’re a fan of the Oscar Meyer Wienermobile, the Barbie Truck Tour, or any of the local food trucks seen rollin’ around Tucson, there’s something bright pink coming to La Encantada.
The brightly colored Hello Kitty Cafe Truck is once again returning to the outdoor shopping mall from 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. on Saturday, February 1.
The Hello Kitty Cafe Truck, which has been traveling the country since 2014, is celebrating another successful road trip so far in 2025. There’s going to be plenty of limited merchandise coming out of this adorable cartoon on wheels, but you’ll want to check out the treats, too.
In previous years, the truck rolled out bites like its signature Macaron Set and hand-decorated Cookie Sets (you’ll gladly chomp ’em down if you can get past the cuteness). Keep scrolling to see what they’ll have on hand this year.
The fun doesn’t stop there either.
The truck will have plenty of inedible items to purchase, too. Merchandise like limited-edition 50th-anniversary collectibles, t-shirts, pin sets, mugs, and tote bags to hold all of your treats will be available (while supplies last).
La Encantada Shopping Center is located at 2905 E. Skyline Dr. For more information, follow the Hello Kitty Cafe Truck on Instagram and visit sanrio.com.
