East Meets West: Japanese and Mexican Fusion Dinner

Westbound is putting together a really cool fusion dinner on Sunday, April 6 from 3-5 p.m.
The theme is East Meets West – Japanese and Mexican fusion. All of the businesses at the Annex are involved in this fusion dinner so get ready for some pretty special flavors.

Here’s the menu:

  • Beaut Burger | Mexican Street Corn
    Esquite w/ Fresh Corn Tortilla Chips, Fresh roasted corn, avocado, garlic, jalapeño, sriracha mayo, furikake, cilantro & lime.
  • Rollie’s & Kukai | ChicarrĂłn Aguachile
    Topped with pickled onion, cilantro, microgreens, and a tangy chiltepin citrus soy sauce.
  • Rollie’s & Kukai | Birria Wonton Tostada
    Crispy wonton, rich birria, topped with gingered lotus daikon slaw and finished with smoky salsa macha.
  • Decibel | Sorbet w/ Sesame Seed Brittle
