Fresh from attending the 2025 Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, Antsy Nancy is excited to launch a cooking class inspired by one of the event’s standout culinary talents: Chef Nyesha Arrington. This class brings Aspen’s high-level culinary creativity into the local kitchen, offering students the chance to recreate dishes featured during Arrington’s session at the festival.
Chef Nyesha Arrington is known for her appearances on FOX’s Next Level Chef and her digital series Plateworthy on Eater. Her career spans Michelin-starred restaurants and acclaimed LA establishments such as Leona and Native. Her commitment to fresh, responsibly sourced ingredients has earned her recognition from Zagat’s 30 Under 30 and Eater’s LA Chef of the Year.
Cooking Class Menu:
Guests aged 21+ are welcome to bring their own wine, beer, or other beverages to enjoy during class (please review Antsy Nancy’s BYOB policy for full details).
Please note: Chef Nyesha Arrington will not be instructing or attending this class. Neither she nor Food & Wine has endorsed or sponsored the event. The recipe is publicly available and is credited to its original creator. This class is designed to help students build their culinary skills by preparing a dish inspired by a master chef.
