Cuisine Classique offers hands-on cooking lessons in Tucson, teaching everything from foundational skills to advanced culinary techniques.
Guests can select the pie they wish to bake and take home from an enticing menu that includes: Bourbon Pumpkin–Pecan Pie with a choice of crust, Caramel Apple Pie with a crumb topping and choice of crust, Pecan Pie featuring a pecan crust, Peanut Butter Pie with a graham cracker–peanut crust, and Sweet Potato Pie with a choice of pie crust.
Crust options include All Butter, Mostly Butter, Lard, and Whole Wheat made with AP Flour.
Upon registration, participants are asked to specify both the pie they would like to make and their preferred crust selection. Buy tickets here.
Cuisine Classique also welcomes prospective students to its open houses, including one on December 18th from 4–5 PM, where guests can meet the instructors and sample dishes from upcoming classes.
