The second annual Sonoran Restaurant Week is coming back for a 10-day celebration from Friday, October 2 – Sunday, October 11.
Just like last year’s inaugural event, Sonoran Restaurant Week strives to accomplish the following: draw attention to local restaurants, expose their unique flavors to the masses, and help support the Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona.
“Whether you’re sharing takeout with a live-in family member, or dining safely at a socially-distanced restaurant, connecting with loved ones over food is important to who we are as Tucsonans,” said co-founder and organizer, Laura Reese. “I hope our community is able to use Sonoran Restaurant Week to find moments to connect and share with those around them.”
This year, all of the participating local restaurants are releasing limited three-course meals — for dine-in or takeout — at discounted prices. They’ll range from $25 to $35 a person, and in turn, you’re providing food assistance to thousands of people across the region.
The list may expand but in the meantime, take a look at the restaurants that have already signed on to share their flavors.

Like previously mentioned, Sonoran Restaurant Week supports local restaurants, but also the Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona.
The non-profit’s mission is to change lives in the communities they serve by feeding the hungry, and then building a healthy, hunger-free tomorrow. To put their efforts in perspective, their programs include providing sack lunches, 2,000 meals every day for seniors, and after-school eating options at Caridad Community Kitchen.
