To the joy of Northwest Tucson’s fondue fanatics, the Foothills Mall location of The Melting Pot will hold its grand re-opening today on Friday, September 5, unveiling a complete remodel and a menu with more of a nod to local craft beers and wines.
“We are extremely excited to be a part of the city of Tucson,” said Marie Miller-Rodriguez, Director of External Marketing for The Melting Pots of Arizona. “We look forward to building a relationship within the community, as well as providing an environment for all celebrations, birthdays, anniversaries, girl’s night out, and all-around fun.”
In showing this new aim to working with the community, The Melting Pot will be donating $5 from every Four Course Experience purchased to Tucson’s own Reid Park Zoo from September 5 through September 20. The “Four Course Experience” includes one cheese fondue, one individual salad, one individual entrée and one chocolate fondue.
The Melting Pot’s sole Tucson location at the Foothills Mall originally opened 12 years ago. With this grand re-opening under new ownership, the location has been completely remodeled along with a menu revamp that includes new local craft beer and wines. The modified space now includes a private dining area for groups of up to fifty.
