Yellow Brick Coffee is celebrating their one year anniversary by offering free drip coffee all day, May 5.

Located at 3220 S Dodge Blvd. Suite 1, Yellow Brick has developed a name for itself as a boutique roaster and coffee shop specializing in “single origin, specialty coffee roasted on demand”.

“We want to welcome people into our space and thank our loyal customers for sharing this past year with us,” said Yellow Brick Coffee co-owner Anna Perreira.

The small roastery, which offers regular cuppings and classes, is open from 7am until 2pm today.

The 7,000-square-foot restaurant seats 200 guests with a large patio, and the design draws inspiration from a warm, old-world hacienda. The family behind Casa Vera is also known locally for Guadalajara Original Grill. The menu highlights flavors and techniques from across Mexico, with tableside salsa service, shareable starters like the Hacienda Board and Scallop Mini Tostadas, plus entrées including Lobster Tetelas and Hojaldrado, a beef picadillo-stuffed poblano inspired by chile en nogada.
