Whole Slvce Pizza Joins Tucson Foodie Partnership With a Bang — A Free Slice Every Month

Jul 9, 20242 min read

We are thrilled to announce that Whole Slvce Pizza, a new and exciting addition to the Tucson food scene, has joined our partnership program!

Whole Slvce is setting a new standard for how restaurants can engage with our community by offering something truly special: one free pizza slice every month to our members. No strings attached, no minimum purchase required—just pure deliciousness.

Whole Slvce’s approach is particularly savvy, mirroring the success of another popular restaurant partner, Transit Tea. Transit gives our members $10 off their bill every month, making it one of the most sought-after vouchers in our club. By offering a free slice each month, Whole Slvce is sure to become a favorite among our members.

This initiative is a perfect example of how restaurants are embracing Tucson Foodie’s new model.

By participating in our membership club, restaurants like Whole Slvce can connect with food lovers across the city without incurring any charges from Tucson Foodie. Our model allows us to support local businesses and celebrate the culinary delights of Tucson, all while fostering independent journalism.

While you’re grabbing your free slice at Whole Slvce, why not make a day of it? Head over to the nearby the MSA Annex and enjoy a refreshing beer at Westbound. Their shaded and cooled patio is the perfect spot to relax during these hot summer days. And don’t forget to indulge in a delicious cannoli from Houlden’s Rise Above, available at Whole Slvce.

Stay tuned for more exciting updates and offers from Tucson Foodie’s partnership program. Happy eating!

Whole Slvce Pizza is located at the ground floor level of Monier Apartments, 160 S. Avenida del Convento. For more information, visit wholeslvcepizza.com and follow Whole Slvce Pizza on Instagram.

@Jundynasty has served Sichuan dishes on Grant Road for 13 years.🌶️

General manager Jacob Yeung credits one idea above all: “We’ve grown since then, but the key has always been consistency.”

Stop in for Flaming Chili Oil, Walnut Shrimp, chow fun, or sautéed green beans finished with Sichuan peppercorns. Vegetarian and vegan options are available.

@Lovinspoonfulstucson is closing after more than 20 years in Tucson. Its final day of service runs on Saturday, Oct. 24.

Customers can stop in between now and Saturday for one last meal. The team plans to sell down its inventory, though it hopes to have favorite dishes available. Regular hours remain 9am-3pm through the final day.

“Running this kitchen has been a labor of love, but the numbers just aren’t adding up anymore, and as parents, we have to make the hard choice to step back and take care of what matters most at home.”
