Ursa offers a connection to heritage crops through a modern tasting menu, celebrating the abundance of the Sonoran desert by working alongside foragers, farmers, ranchers, and seed savers who continue to preserve our traditions. Ursa tells its story through 100 year old recipes passed down to Chef Aaron Lopez through his family's immigration from Matape, Sonora into Arizona.
