Alchemy Foods is making its retail debut after six months of sold-out success at Tucson farmers’ markets and rapid growth. The woman-owned vegan brand will launch its fresh mushroom-based meats — Chorizo, Italian, and Original — at Food Conspiracy Co-op on Saturday, May 2. Celebrate with a free patio event from 6–8 PM featuring live improvised electronic music by Ryan Alfred and gourmet tastings. The event is open to all, with free samples and products available in-store starting that morning. Alchemy Foods will also be on-site offering samples throughout the weekend.
