After attending the 2025 Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, Antsy Nancy continues their chef-inspired cooking class series with a flavorful experience drawn from the work of Andrew Zimmern, Emmy-winning TV personality, chef, writer, and four-time James Beard Award winner. Known for his culinary storytelling and exploration of global cuisines, Zimmern has built a career spotlighting the power of food to connect people across cultures.
This hands-on class invites students to prepare one of Zimmern’s boldest dishes, featured during his session at the Aspen festival.
