This is the first of a series celebrating singular ingredients and the people who work with them. Our “Grain Dinner” will bring together some of our favorite bakers, brewers, and farmers over a multicourse meal championing heirloom grains grown in the Sonoran Desert. To encourage community and conversation all seating is open. Doors for this event will open at 6:00 PM with our bar available for pre-dinner drinks and dinner starting at 7:00 PM. For this dinner we can accommodate vegan, vegetarian, and pescatarian diners with advance notice.
