Inspired by the bold flavors and culinary creativity showcased at the 2025 Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, Antsy Nancy presents a new hands-on cooking class inspired by Chef Ayesha Nurdjaja, the dynamic force behind New York City’s acclaimed restaurants Shuka and Shukette.
Known for her vibrant, seasonal Middle Eastern cuisine and high-energy presence (recently seen as a new Titan on Bobby’s Triple Threat), Nurdjaja’s dishes are a celebration of flavor and connection. This class recreates her featured menu from Aspen in a fun “Breakfast for Dinner” format.
Cooking Class Menu:
Students 21+ are welcome to bring wine, champagne, beer, or other beverages to enjoy during class (see BYOB policy for full details).
*It’s likely unnecessary but prudent to note that Nurdjaja will not be instructing or attending this cooking class. Likewise, neither Nurdjaja nor Food & Wine have endorsed or sponsored this class. The recipes featured are available online and Antsy Nancy does not take any credit for the creation of these recipes. Our objective is to improve our students culinary skills by emulating the highly regarded recipes of master chefs.
