Button Brew House is hosting its Annual Rib Cook-Off, bringing together fans of great food, beer, and community for a fun-filled day. The event features St. Louis-style ribs, prepared and cooked on-site. These ribs, cut from the belly of the hog after the belly is removed, are meatier than typical cuts and trimmed to remove the hard breastbone and chewy cartilage.
Attendees can enjoy visiting each competitor’s station to sample ribs and sides, with the opportunity to vote for their favorite. A panel of three judges will select first, second, and third place winners, while the People’s Choice award will be determined by ticket-holder votes. Tickets include (1) vote, (6) ribs, (6) sides.
