Menu (Tapas):
– Spanish Soup — Salmorejo (Using farm tomatoes if available, and using Don Guerra’s Bread)
– Papas Arrugadas — Salt Crusted Potatoes with a Dipping Sauce
– Tortilla Española — Egg, Potato and Onion Frittata
Each attendee will get to sample the three recipes.
All proceeds from the class will benefit the 4-H Healthy Living Ambassador Program.
