SMOKED – a five course, plated dinner featuring Kneller’s Delicatessen.

Your ticket includes a complimentary welcome cocktail and a five course, curated pairing of smoked delicacies with our Mesquite smoked whiskeys.

Smoked radish salad – smoked black radish | local green leaf | persian cucumber | heirloom tomato | dijon vin – paired with Whiskey Del Bac Dorado

2nd course

Smoked harissa carrots – paired with Whiskey Del Bac Normandie

3rd course

Smoked white fish salad – Smoked white lake trout salad | house bagel chip | lemon zest | herb oil – paired with Whiskey Del Bac Ode

4th course

Pastrami on rye – house 3 week brined vera earl navel pastrami | house jewish style rye | deli mustard – paired with Whiskey Del Bac Spring Distiller’s Cut 2026

5th course
