This fall, join more than 300 vendors at this popular local event, featuring dozens of tents and local food trucks where you can meet, greet, and support your talented Tucson maker community. From cookies to crockery, handmade cards to collectible art, bracelets to brownies, lotions to lemonade, find fresh ideas with a local handprint. Come out, connect, and experience true local flavor from a bevy of artists, artisans, and food entrepreneurs, all MADE IN TUCSON!
In 2018, the Historic 4th Ave. Coaltion (HFAC)— looking to highlight Tucson’s longstanding avenue of small businesses surrounded by historic neighborhoods— assembled a small but mighty group of 50 artists for the first edition of what has become one of the most popular, local maker events in the state, the Made in Tucson Market. This market has bloomed ever brighter with each version of its bi-annual presence, now attracting people statewide for this one-day, all volunteer-run market.
Bring your hat, your refillable water bottle, pets on leashes, and look forward to a great family-friendly day meeting a wide-ranging list of wonderful makers, happy to help you with all your selections. Keep it LOCAL this holiday season!
We are proud of our arts community and its draw as a number one attraction for tourists and locals alike to our desert city. Maybe it’s the light or the healing desert air, but Tucson has long been heralded as a place with a wide-ranging and generous creative community. Support your local community and makers as well as the thriving historic 4th Avenue district that makes Tucson one of the great cities for art and artists—and living, in the country.
