After attending the iconic Food & Wine Classic in Aspen this June, Antsy Nancy is bringing the inspiration home with a hands-on cooking class inspired by the chefs, flavors, and standout recipes showcased at the 2025 event. This class features dishes from Giada De Laurentiis’ latest cookbook, Super-Italian.
Guests will prepare and enjoy a menu that celebrates Giada’s fresh, elevated approach to Italian cooking:
Entrée:Cioppino (hands-on student cooking)
Dessert:Orange Olive Oil Cake with Aperol Glaze (instructor demonstration)
This class is open to students 21+, and participants are welcome to bring their own wine, beer, or other beverages to enjoy during class. (Please see Antsy Nancy’s BYOB policy for details.)
