Scheduled during the weekend of the Tucson Festival of Books, this hands-on cooking class menu is based upon the seven novel series (and adapted to 8 epic films), written by British author J. K. Rowling, about the world’s most famous wizard, Harry Potter.

Cooking Class Menu:

• Drink: Butter Beer (hands-on mixology of this non-alcohol drink)
• Starter: Bath Buns (hands-on student cooking)
• Entree: Cornish Pasties, (hands-on student cooking)
• Dessert: Treacle Tart (instructor demonstration) and Chocolate Dipped Pretzel Wands (hands-on student cooking)

Attendees are encouraged to wear their favorite house colors or they may be sorted at the door!

Students 21+ years are welcome to bring their own wine, champagne, beer, etc. to enjoy during class. Please see our BYOB policy for more details.
