The holidays are a time for good food, great wine, and even better company. Arizona Wine Collective and Atlas Catering are bringing it all together for two special evenings this December.

Guests are invited to join them for the Holiday Wine Dinners in partnership with local Chef Marcus van Winden, recently of The Dutch. Each event features five courses filled with local ingredients and thoughtfully paired with Arizona wines, offering a true celebration of local flavor and festive spirit delivered by one of the city’s top culinary talents.

The evening features five courses of exceptional food, each thoughtfully paired with Arizona wines:

Welcome Bubbles & Amuse-Bouche 

1. Salad Périgourdine meat confit duck, foie gras, frisée, watercress, red wine vinaigrette

2. Steak Tartar quail egg, hollandaise, spelt bread 
   • Paired with Cove Mesa Viognier | Cove Mesa Trebbiano 
     
3. Diver Scallops belgian endive, parmesan, oil balsamic reduction 
   • Paired with Bodega Pierce Chardonnay | Aridus Fumé Blanc 
     
4. Coffee Rubbed Entrecote goat cheese polenta, sun dried tomatoes, arugula 
   • Paired with Los Milics 2022 Renato’s and Laramita Cellars Carmenere 
     
5. Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte
