Everyone will love this sweet and savory charcuterie board experience! At Antsy Nansy, the class begins with dipping strawberries and other treats into chocolate, followed by creating meat roses, cheese hearts, and beautifully cut fruit flowers. Once the boards are complete, participants toast their success with a champagne cocktail demonstration and tasting.
Attendees receive hands-on practice using the techniques demonstrated by the instructor. Guests are encouraged to enjoy the demonstration board during class and wrap their personal board to take home and enjoy later.
Students ages 21 and over are welcome to bring their own wine, champagne, beer, or other beverages to enjoy during the class. Please refer to the BYOB policy for additional details.
