Our nine course, prix fixe wine dinner celebrates and explores West African food traditions in this Sonoran culinary context. Dinner is paired with wines and black owned spirits, and will be served in our lush, intimate courtyard. We’re proud and excited to present this creative menu, a labor of love for Moniqua and an exciting creative collaboration for chefs Samsoudine Sylla and Vinny Magaña. As always, it is an honor to have the support of Blax Friday, who will be guiding guests through this multi-course adventure!
