After attending the 2025 Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, Antsy Nancy continues its chef-inspired cooking class series with a tribute to culinary legend Chef Martin Yan. With his iconic motto, “Yan Can Cook, So Can You!”, Chef Yan has educated and entertained generations through more than 3,500 TV episodes and 35 cookbooks.
A James Beard Lifetime Achievement Award winner and pioneer of accessible Chinese cuisine in America, Chef Yan was recently honored with the 2023 Culinary Excellence Award at the Sonoma International Film Festival. His session at Aspen was a celebration of tradition, flavor, and joy in cooking—exactly what this hands-on class aims to share.
