NOX Kitchen & Cocktails Opens This Friday

NOX Kitchen & Cocktails, a new concept featuring New American Cuisine with Latin and Asian influences, craft cocktails, and a sleek modern-vintage interior opens this Friday, February 7th, in the old Cafe Jasper space (a few doors down from Flemings).

Looks like it’ll be a slick little joint with a great menu featuring items such as Grilled Artichoke Hearts with truffle oil and lemon aioli, Pork Belly Sliders, Duck Confit tacos, and cocktails such as the Disco Mariachi with mezcal, green chatreuse, orgeat, and lime, and C.R.E.A.M. – vodka, lemon, orange, vanilla, and soda.

NOX has all the elements of a killer restaurant in place: a solid menu; an all-star team with veteran Fox chef, Peter Lindquist; a front of the house general manager from Ra; killer craft cocktail menu by Christian Siglin from San Diego’s Craft & Commerce; a beautiful buildout by Jason Anderson (the whole front wall was ripped out and replaced with a bar that opens up into the restaurant); and an open patio with fireplace.

NOX will open this Friday at 5pm and continue with dinner and bar service only through Sunday. Normal hours of 11:30am until 1am begin Monday, February 9th.
