Meet me at the mission at midnight, banditos! Actually, more like 2:30PM today, and closer to the hotel.

Legendary Arizona musician Roger Clyne wants to take Tucson’s tequila enthusiasts on a Cantina Crawl, serving up his signature Mexican Moonshine Tequila as a double-decker bus snakes its way through several watering holes around the Old Pueblo. Clyne will also be there promoting Banditos, his new bar in Puerto Pensaco, Mexico, as well as his annual Circus Mexicus music festival, which takes place in Penasco on June 5th – 8th.

The whole thing starts off at Hi Fi Kitchen & Cocktails on Congress St., east of the 4th Ave underpass, at 2:30PM–look for the red bus and the sombreros–and ends w/ a free 9:30PM outdoor acoustic performance at the Hotel Congress Plaza. The concert will also serve as the official after-party for Meet Me Downtown 5k Night Run and Walk. The schedule is as follows:

Old Father Inn: 3:30PM
Finni’s Landing: 5:00PM

Augustin Kitchen: 7:30PM

Hotel Congress: 8:30PM
w/ Cup Cafe tacos, live music and an acoustic performance from Roger Clyne at approximately 9:30PM.

The road to Hotel Congress is paved with Roger Clyne’s Mexican Moonshine Tequila! Starting at 8 p.m. tonight, Saturday, May 31 we are the official after party for the TMC Meet Me Downtown 5k Night Run & Walk event as well as the last stop on Roger Clyne’s Cantina Crawl.

Enjoy the free live music starting at 8:30 p.m. & a free live performance by Roger Clyne in our plaza at 9:30 p.m.
