The summer harvest is bountiful this time of year, so the Food Conspiracy Co-op is celebrating with the Eat Local Challenge. If the item is grown, brewed, fermented, baked or produced within 200 miles of downtown Tucson, it’s 10% off at Food Conspiracy through July 14.

It’s the perfect opportunity to take advantage of enjoying produce such as tomatoes and melons at the peak of their quality. It’s also a great chance to try a bottle of the mesquite or chiltepin-infused cold brew from Exo Roast Co.

In addition, Food Conspiracy Co-op is featuring an Instagram Takeover with their account @foodconspiracy. Courtesy of their media release:

Instagram Takeover Guest Line Up

  • July 2 – 4: Alexandra, living and learning at Bean Tree Farm focusing on water conservation, permaculture design and native foods while also working as a farm hand at ReZoNation Farm
  • July 5 – 7: Local First Arizona
  • July 8 – 10: John Slattery, bioregional herbalist, forager, educator, clinical herbalist founder of Sonoran Herbalist Apprenticeship, owner of Desert Tortoise Botanicals
