The Parish Gastropub is hosting an Iron Chef dinner with Stella Artois at 7 p.m. on Thursday, August 17.

Executive chef Travis Peters’ cuisine reigned supreme at the 2017 Iron Chef Tucson and Culinary Experience in June, and now he wants you to have a taste.

The 2017 Iron Chef team will recreate the award-winning dishes from the competition during an intimate evening of four-courses.

Each course will include a Stella Artois pairing as well.

Tickets are $95 per person, which includes tax and gratuity.

Only 30 seats are available on this night, so reserve your seats as soon as you can by calling (520) 797-1233.

Iron Chef Dinner Menu

First Course
  • Cherry Wood Smoked Shrimp Ceviche – spicy pickled peach, salt cured yolk, local Anaheim peach hot sauce, and black pepper crackers
Second Course
  • Cidre Peach Soup – caramelized onion, lardon, paprika spiked pecans, grilled peach brunoise, and Stella Artois croutons
Third Course
  • Stella Artois Braised Lamb – peach, shrimp and bacon sautĂ© with bitter greens, brown butter carrot purĂ©e, chimichurri, and bacon powder
Fourth Course
  • Brown Sugar Grits – oven-roasted butter peach, baby arugula, black peach foam, foie gras cream bombs, and toasted pepita pesto
