For those that like to watch sports out and about, there are a few necessities: televisions galore, flowing tap handles, and snackable eats.
If you’ve been looking for the perfect spot to catch the Women’s World Cup, look to Playground. They’ve got the necessities down pat and then some.
From June 7 to July 7, avid Women’s World Cup watchers can head on over to Playground for nearly every game. This includes weekend games that start early as they’ll be open at 5:30 a.m. Saturdays and Sundays during World Cup.
For the early weekend hours, the kitchen opens at 7 a.m., so if you’re hoping for breakfast nachos (that’s not an actual item, although regular nachos is) you’ll have to wait ’til then. On weekdays, the kitchen opens at noon.
While ‘follow us on Facebook’ is tossed around all too easily these days, you really will want to keep up with Playground on Facebook, Instagram or both to know exactly which matches will be airing and when.
Playground is located at 278 E. Congress. For more information, including regular hours and full menu, visit playgroundtucson.com.
