Makin’ the grade — one pepperoni at a time.

The family-owned pizza joint, Barro’s Pizza, is again giving away $10,000 to one Arizona resident with the 2020 Arizona Dr. Pepper Tuition Giveaway.

The prize money that’s rewarded to the student is meant to be used to help pay college tuition or any other related educational expenses that may pop up.

“Helping others in our community is at the foundation of who we are as a company,” said Ken Barro, owner of Barro’s Pizza. “As we celebrate our 40th anniversary this year, it’s a great time to reflect on our wonderful customers that help us reach new milestones every day — that allow us to participate in important initiatives like this one.”

Submissions are open and the last day to throw your name into the hat is Monday, December 14. You’ve got to be at least 18 years old, you can submit your info once per day, and the winner will be selected at random soon after the deadline.
